I found this speaker to be very sturdy and well made. I love how quick and easy it is to connect a device through bluetooth. The speaker talks to you, be warned, because it startled me the first time I turned it on. You turn on the speaker, turn on bluetooth on your device, select the speaker, and it pairs. After it's paired, it should pick up your phone easily.

The sound was great. I held it while it was playing and could feel the base through the speaker. I love the lights on the top. Hit the volume up button once to skip a song or hold it down to turn up the volume. Hit the volume down once to go back a song or hold it down to turn down the volume. It is also a hands free device. You can answer your phone through it using the built-in microphone. For me, the calls were clear. It can reach up to 33 feet.

It's simple to charge and includes a charging cord. The Built-in 1200mAh Li-ion Rechargeable Battery can last up to 12 hours. It supports 5 hours on continual play. It also includes an 3.5mm auxiliary cable if you want to plug in a device instead of using bluetooth. The speaker comes with a 12 month guarantee. The outside is made of a thick rubber and the base is wide which makes it sit securely on a table or other surface.

Don't let the small size of this speaker fool you! It packs a powerful sound and is great for parties, working outside, or wherever else you want to stream music or listen to music on your phone.

LED Night Light for Kids and LED Flashlight/ LED Torch With Motion Sensor LED Light 

I was pleasantly surprised with how much light these put out. They may be small, but they are very bright. I love that they are motion sensitive. I placed one in the bathroom and one in the hall. They put out enough light that you can easily see in a small bathroom, hall, or steps. They come with 2 backs that have a clip attached, 2 lanyard/wrist straps, and 2 sticky things for placing them on a wall or other flat surface. The regular back has a magnet on it so you can stick them to the fridge or other metal surface. I love that they come with the batteries already installed. My only complaint is I wish the instruction for putting on the clip back were clearer. The light does adjust so you can turn the beam to where you want it. The light is LED and is supposed to have 100,000 hours of brightness.

I would recommend these for anywhere you need a light. It's much easier and cheaper than installing an electric light!

4 Piece Barbecue Set

We love to grill and I would consider us heavy grillers. The tools are nice metal with sturdy wooden handles. Two of them have leather loops on the end for hanging. The mitt is nice, too. I swiped it for my kitchen! The set worked great for grilling burgers. We found that it worked best on a smaller grill since the handles aren't super long. I would say that they are standard size. The tongs did twist a bit when we tried using them on large, chicken breast. They did fine on small breast and chicken tenderloins.

I found that they washed up beautifully. I would recommend washing them by hand and drying them right away. They will last much longer if you do. This is a nice set that would make a nice gift for a weekend grill cook or newlyweds. They would also be good for traveling or for tailgating.

VisualScare Horned Owl Pest Deterrent with Moving Wings - Scare Birds, Rodents, Pests

I was excited when I found this. We have had issues with squirrels and birds in the garden. I was happy to see how realistic the face was when I opened the box. It was very simple to assemble. The wings connect to the body, you put it on a pole, then open up the wings. I placed it in the back garden area. It's so life like that one of my Chihuahuas was terrified when she saw it! She ran across the yard, barking. I have not seen any birds or squirrels in the back since I placed it there. I have not been missing any tomatoes for the last few days!

The owl seems of good quality. I would take it down or, at least, fold in the wings if it's going to be high winds. I would also suggest packing it away in the winter if you live where it snows. It will make it last longer.

It's so neat to look outside and see the wings, gently flapping in the breeze. If you aren't getting any wing movement and there is some wind, try turning it a little at a time, until the sock part can catch the wind. The size of it is impressive. This isn't a tiny bird but is the size of the barn owls I have seen. I just wish I had found this sooner.

36 Rectangle Chalkboard Labels - Blackboard Party Stickers

These are so nice especially if you like to organize. I was excited to try these because I like to use Mason jars for organizing and also for canning. I tried these out by placing a couple on some of my jars. I found that they stuck well, yet, still peeled off easily. The chalk, wipes off the stickers with no problem. I also found it easy to peel the stickers from the backing. The stickers are a nice thickness and do not tear easily. They also can be used for many different craft projects. They would be so cute in decorating for a wedding reception, birthday party, or baby shower. You get 36 which makes this a decent deal! I can't wait to organize my pantry of handmade canned goods with these!

Preschool Activities

Teaching and entertaining a preschooler at home can be fun and inexpensive. All you need is some imagination! Recently, I received a nice prize pack from BlogSpark. Inside were some large sheets of paper that were used for packing. I took one, straightened it out, and had Titus lay on it. I traced around him with a pencil. When he got up, I traced over the pencil with a black Sharpie and drew the lines where his shirt, socks, and shorts ended. Then I let him color and decorate it any way he wanted. He decided to make himself as a member of the Wiggles. When he was done, I cut out the paper Titus and we taped it to the wall.  It was cheap to do and he was thrilled with his paper Titus. It kept him busy for close to 30 minutes with no mess. It helped with skills such as observation, colors, body parts, and drawing.
